Free Fabric Sampling Service
With thousands of fabrics to choose from, including all the leading fabric houses such as Sanderson, Linwood, Romo, Designers Guild and GP & J Baker to name but a few, there is plenty of inspiration. We will offer advice and order any samples to your own home. See a list of the main companies we work with on our fabrics page.
How to Order Bespoke & New Build Stock
When items are chosen by you, the client, we will invoice 50% of the total build and fabric cost. Build times vary depending on the piece chosen and workload, but we normally quote a build time of 8 weeks.
Balance is due prior to delivery.
All furniture is made individually and therefore, if a design needed to be adapted it can be, there may be an additional cost for this. We are able to do anything from a simple alteration in design to a completely new bespoke design taken from your own ideas.
We will confirm your order by post, along with chosen fabrics and any other noted details. At this stage we will also be able to give you an estimated completion time. We will contact you again nearer to completion to make any final arrangements including delivery.
Purchase of Antique stock or Showroom stock
Antiques or showroom stock must be purchased in full prior to any work or delivery. If your piece is to be reupholstered, fabric will be invoiced for and paid before work commences. Finally, the work will be invoiced and paid for on completion at which time we will send photographs of your finished reupholstered furniture.
How to Order a Footstool
You can make any adjustments to the dimensions or other design details if required. There may not be any additional cost for this.
Delivery
Delivery is carried out by a fully insured third party courier.
The delivery charges are based on standard items going within mainland UK.

- Sofas £95-£145
- Footstools £55-£75
- Fabric only £12.00
Very large items, or ex – UK deliveries can be quoted for separately. There may also be a surcharge for delivery to outlying parts of the UK, please ask for details.
Supplying your own fabric
We have access to a large range of fabrics but we are happy to work on your piece of furniture using your own fabric and subject to the fabric meeting the required fire retardency. We apply a £12/m handling fee.
